Minor Baseball is for players aged 9 & 10 as per the little league age chart (located on the CMB website). This age group is the first year that players will play actual baseball games. They will start to learn the rules and strategies of the game along with continued skill development. Minor Baseball will be tiered to ensure players of similar caliber are playing and developing together. Minor baseball games and practices are played throughout the week (Mon - Sat) in Cochrane and the occasional game in Canmore. The season will start in late April and end in late June. Players are also encouraged to play in our summer baseball program.
Attendance at the evaluation session is mandatory and will be held on April 4 & 5, 2020 and will be conducted by 3rd party evaluators. If you are unable to attend your evaluation, CMB reserves the right to place you on a team. Groups and times will be provided in March. PLAYER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
